Mike Sears was raised on the family ranch in southern Alberta, Canada and has been riding horses all his life.  Mike was starting colts in his teens and attended his first Ray Hunt clinic in 1982 and every year after that whenever Ray came to Canada.  Mike participated in the Tom Dorrance Benefit Clinic at Fort Worth.  Mike continues to start colts and train horses at his ranch in Canada.
