Returns for Defective Items Only

We only accept returns for items that arrive with a material flaw or imperfection. * Reporting Window: You must notify us of the defect within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Our Exchange Process

We prioritize getting you the gear you ordered. Our first step for a defective item is always an exchange.

  1. In-Stock Items: We will ship a replacement once your return is processed.

  2. Out-of-Stock Items: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

Do not send items back without prior authorization.

  • Step 1: Use our [Contact Form] to send your Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo(s) of the defect.

  • Step 2: If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Shipping & Costs

While the customer initially pays for return shipping, we aim to make it right:

  • Domestic (US): We will reimburse you for the shipping cost of USPS First Class Mail. (Please note: We do not reimburse for Express, Priority, FedEx, or UPS).

  • International: We will work with you individually to find the most cost-effective shipping method based on your location.

  • Security: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot process a return for an item we do not receive.

Refunds

(Only if an exchange is not possible) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you an update. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
